This week, on My Little Pony

“So lemme guess. You’re the real Pinkie Pie.”

“Heck if I know. Could be any one of us, if you ask me. And if I said I was the real Pinkie, you wouldn’t even believe me anyway. So just leave me alone. I’ve got some important poking the ground with my hoof to do.”

“Oh Spike, how’re we gonna do this? I can’t risk sending the real Pinkie back into the pond!”

“I miss the real Pinkie.”

You weren’t willing to risk the future of the citizens of the Crystal Empire in an effort to guarantee your own. Far better that I have a student who understands the meaning of self-sacrifice than one who only looks out for her own best interests.”

This week, on My Little Pony

“Seriously, though, I get why the Queen of the Changelings wanted to be with you… but how did you get someone as amazing as Cadance to marry you?”

“I told her she wouldn’t just be gaining a husband. She’d be getting a pretty great sister, too.

Pictured: what an episode titled "A Canterlot Wedding" would lead you to believe happens. Not pictured: what actually happens.
Princess Mi Amore Cadenza is an impostor… and not just an impostor, but the queen of a race of bug-like ponies who are Tartarus-bent on draining Equestria of all of its love! She’s no pushover, either: having fed on Shining Armor’s love for Cadance for so long, her magical power has grown greater than that of Princess Celestia’s. And on top of that, the Elements of Harmony have been overrun by the queen’s changeling army. All hope seems lost; is there any force strong enough to vanquish the invading forces?

The Cutie Mark Crusaders try their hooves at writing for the school newspaper in hopes of discovering their latent talents for journalism (spoiler alert: they’re still blank flanks).
