A Note to Parents

Deconstruction is Magic is a casual review-style project written by adult fans of My Little Pony intended mainly for a young adult to adult audience. We do, however, recognize that the primary demographic for the series is quite a bit younger, and we want to make every effort to ensure that our site is safe for young eyes. While it’s possible that our conversations may go slightly over the heads of young readers at times, we will be working hard to make sure that nothing inappropriate works its way into our write-ups.

That said, we may occasionally link or make reference to other works or sites that may not be entirely appropriate for young children. While we will never link to anything explicit directly, sites such as tvtropes (which we will likely link to rather liberally for reference) contain user-generated and editable content that we cannot guarantee will be void of content that may be considered objectionable. We urge parents to supervise their children during their browsing of the internet in general, and recommend you to scrutinize both our site as well as any we link to in order to be certain that you are comfortable with the content your child is consuming.
